The Spencer County Fair Board would like to extend the opportunity for you to rent the newly renovated heated and air-conditioned facility.

 

 

 

Details are as follows:

Hall Rental -  Holds 300 – Damage Deposit $200.00 – Daily Rental Fee $250.00

Pavillion – Holds 400 – Damage Deposit $200.00 – Daily Rental Fee $400.00

This includes the “Warming Kitchen”  (2 stoves/2refrigerators/3 comparment sink/tile floor/serving window) 20 tables – 90 chairs

“Tobacco Canvas” available to cover ceiling for additional fee.

Deposit to be refunded after the event with no damages and premises are clean.
